1. General Cancellation Policy
DIGITAL SEAL has a liberal but reasonable cancellation policy for service-based orders.
- You may request a cancellation within 1–2 days of placing the service order.
- Cancellations are allowed only if the service work has not yet been started.
- Once analysis, verification, or any service-related processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
2. No Physical Products
DIGITAL SEAL does not sell or ship any physical goods. All purchases relate to digital services such as:
- Website safety checks
- Trust verification reports
- Domain/SSL analysis
- Digital audit-based services
3. Refund Eligibility for Services
You may be eligible for a refund when:
- The service has not started and cancellation is requested within 1–2 days.
- There is a valid technical issue that prevents us from delivering the service.
- We fail to deliver the service as described.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Services already completed or partially completed.
- Cases where results differ from expectations (service is best-effort based on available data).
- Situations caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
4. Reporting Issues with Services
If you believe that your service output is incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, please contact our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of receiving the service results.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by DIGITAL SEAL, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within:
